It looks like a classic spoofing tactic where a large sell order is placed to create the illusion of selling pressure, tricking others into selling at lower prices, and then the order disappears after accumulating shares at a discount.
$1.15 now has a 21 thousand sell order rather than the 1.8 million sell order just before market close lol.
