for what its worth, if you listened to the webinar by the oleg a few months ago, he addressed the fact there have been no sales announcements, because they seem to be taking many "smaller value" orders but with the price of equipment they're selling a small order could be in the realm of $5m and therefore it does not meet the requirements under their listing rules to announce the sale to market...
I wouldn't hang my hat on that point as damning evidence of the company going sideways, not to mention there is probably a not insignificant about of non-disclosure obligation in respect of selling hardware to military and government.
