Personally I think DRO will require the expertise of other firms eventually anyway. Epirus investment raises many questions regarding a takeover standard alone really, could they have bought in for some administrative purpose? Maybe for voting rights etc.

Assuming DRO would be the target of such an offer, what would the offer be? Peloton itself values the company at .84c per the above so almost half a billion. Likely shareholders happy to flip their shares for an allocation of shares in a bigger fish even if private potentially, but if it was all cash, id hope we wouldn’t sell the company for a price we could realistically see as the sales continue to realise. Plenty of garbage start ups in the billion dollar market cap, most of them overhyped, decades away. This one is under-rated and ironically flying under the radar.
