not sure how you would think DRO are over capitalised. I'm stumped by your lack of assessment TBH. It is such a simplistic and false view you have. just their R & D is worth more. Profit as I already stated is due very soon. We all know DRO will break even if they haven't already and next is profit. That's the reality we have here. And definitely profit end of year (if that's what they want) but many companies are valued many times more than DRO and don't turn a profit instead they reinvest and don't pay tax. You need to understand that.
