Been away from the comp so thought I'd pick up where I Ieft off.
Know it was a little while ago now but was extremely happy to see $30m sale contract come through. This reinforced that we are continuing to convert our sales pipelines at both the significant infrequent sales and the consistent smaller contracts that do not require disclosure. Bit by bit we are building our customer base and through these we SHOULD build hose recurring sales and lead to an uptick in SAAS software sales growth also. Have seen some amazing finds from other posters in regards to the potential beginning of LAND156 purchases. Although not confirmed is a good sign that things are heading in the right direction. This plus the half yearly results coming up at the end of June are sure to further extend our revenue above and beyond that $100m mark and well above last years final revenue results. Contrary to some popular beliefs I believe we are doing everything right as a company. The continuous exposure and trust in our products will prove beneficial in the long run.
From a TA perspective, we saw our resistance finally broken at the $1.125 mark approx. which led to a run all the way up the $1.40. This run was stopped out, as we hit our previous resistance point (to the left) on the double top. We are now in the process of a correction, to re-test the $1.125 mark or there abouts. If we can hold and build a level of support again at this level we'll establish another higher-low and continue our run back up to approx. $1.40-$1.50 which will be our next area of resistance. This current sell-off could be largely the big fish trying to accumulate before the next big ann. i.e potentially LAND 156 contract or another material sale + H1 results. Unfortunately in order to create. sustainable bull-run higher-high there needs to be an establishment of a higher-low otherwise we'll end up with a repeat exponential sell-off during last years fall.
I am very happy with how we are tracking across a TA and business growth perspective and excited for the rapid growth and expansion of this amazing company in an emerging market.
