Risk management should be used by any trader, wether taking profits as you go or not, just have a plan. The first wave up and following correction is standardin a macro market pattern sequence. If you DYOR, there a number of stocks trailing DRO PA, and allow for similar entries once they have corrected inline with what DRO has done already. No need to have all eggs in one basket.
