    The difference this time?

    • $90M in back-to-back contracts in just 10 weeks — not hype, but cash-backed, signed deals
    • Production capacity and inventory already scaled — orders fulfilled in months, not years
    • Margins improving with recurring revenue via “C-UAS-as-a-Service” — this isn’t a pure hardware play anymore
    • Global defence re-rating — NATO, Indo-Pacific, and Middle East conflict zones driving budget surges
    • Institutional rotation happening — Morgan Stanley and UBS buying big, while retail trims on emotion
    • LAND156 still in play — and if DRO lands the SIP role, we’re talking defence tech prime status in Australia
    • DroneShield holds a substantial cash reserve of AU$200+ million

Is it undervalued at $2.20 after doubling its revenue base in one quarter? Absolutely.

The last run was speculative. This one is fundamentally backed, cash-validated, and pipeline-fuelled.

I'll say it againroneShield has quietly become a sovereign cash engine — and the market is only just catching up.

Still eyeing $2.70–$3.60 near term if momentum continues and LAND156 drops in favour.
