If you look even harder, you will find they already have some NATO numbers form 3-4 years ago.
I like to think this maybe a bit more significant based on the timing which aligns with many countries aid packages, their statements about air-defence and drones, the urgency, media coverage, which wasn't really at the fore-front then.
To me everything we all know lines up nicely and plane for everyone to see.
Being in this LT and also trading the swings at times, I just can't see that sort of a swing just after we are recovering from one.
That would actually be heading toward a red light for me.
I am bullish and hoping it holds well of course.
