yes I got a call too. I have voted against resolution one, which I deem excessive, and abstained on 2 and 3, which I can live with.
I’m in favour of incentives, but coming hard on a big selldown earlier this year this seems too big a grab at restoring equity, disproportionate. I suspect I may be just outside top 20 so it’s a fair number of votes.
