"it’s hard to believe they would deliberately dilute so much and pay 6% of funds to do it, if they weren’t really confident if a flurry of orders imminently" – well, it should be hard to believe. Except that last year's CR was also extremely dilutive and was upsized out of all proportion to the original ask, just like this one, and there wasn't a "flurry of orders" to follow it. The vast majority of the capital raised was never used. It just sat there uselessly doing nothing.
Let's hope things turn out differently this time around.
