I was planning on joining the SPP next week (just for liquidity reasons).
instead they announced they were closing early. So I submitted 2 days ago. Anyone who "missed out" can submit by 5pm today and still be an equal part of the SPP. Sounds like there will be scale back, but given the share price it's unlikely to be getting 10% of what you asked for, like some HC posters suggested. We'll probably get 60-80% of ask is my (purely speculative) guess.
