    Yeah, Simply Wall St valuations are often wrong, looks like their DCF algorithm does not not handle well the companies that are going through the inflection point in their earning and assumes that the growth rate from that moment persists in future for the next 10 years.

    However, I fully agree that DRO still has a lot of upside potential.
