We listed on the ASX following our IPO on 22 June 2016. We were oversubscribed and raised $7m @ 20c and opened at 32c with a high of 38.5c reached on that same day. The remainder of 2016 we traded around the 20-25c range.
We were founded on 10 Jan 2014 as DroneShield LLC in the US. Incorporated 4 Nov 2015 in Australia for the purposes of listing on the ASX as noted above.
