With respect Cortina........Drona has been a board member for almost 2 years now and chairman for 14 months.

I find it hard to imagine that negotiations have been been ongoing for ALL of that time and so sensitive in nature, to the extent that they are more than just talk fest, to preclude Mr Drona from putting up.

This latest capital raise appears to me to be a life line (ann 30/11/09 "to strengthen the company's balance sheet and provide working capital")and as such would have been an ideal opportunity for him to show some confidence in the company.
