As a PGL shareholder I attended the Drona etc 'show.
Could not possibly vote for the merger now having experienced the 'future' chairman of the merged company in action.
It seems that a lot of AVX shareholders believe passionately in the product (ATC) but you all have my sympathy in having to endure a incompetent, egotistical upstart as your current chaiman.
His major qualifications seem to be in hot air, me myself I and rhetoric. (oh and of course is an expert in M&A around the world). I think he must have been the M&A departments gopher boy.
