    According to the relevant ASX announcement, Chick resigned from the board effective on 10 May, but he stays on as CEO until Monday, 31 May.

    Other changes to the board were effective on 20 May, again according to the public ASX announcements.

    I think the reference to Chick's resignation on 6 May in the EGM notice is most likely an inadvertent error, with no sinister significance.
