    Drona could be gone by the EGM. Why not?

    CZD has bought a lot of influence on the board, maybe the largest shareholder now. You might find that by the time of the EGM David Franklyn or someone else of Calzada's chlice is the Chairman.

    This is going to happen fast when it happens and the EGM is still a ways off.
