this contract is nothing compared to the saudi arabian one. i emailed oleg and got the reply that they are basically just finalising details of the contract with government officials but the rest of the contract is basically agreed upon. i also asked if there was any chances that the contract would not go through which he mentioned that the people they are dealing with and the company is the same company that the last saudi contract was done with and he sees no reason the contract will not be completed. so thats a $70 M contract for DRO who is currently a $100 M market capital company. broker data shows great buy ins so that is showing great confidence and I am eager to see the announcement once it is done and the SP reflect the new income..
