Also driving SP is because only 3m new shares available theres a fear holders
- esp new holders, will miss out on allocation. Thus risky to sell at 35c hoping to buy same number back at 30.
Further, strong price means board unikely to increase the size of the issue - rather than
do another issue later at higher price.
Of course all that depends on number of current shareholders and the amount of discretion used in distributing the 3m.
Presumably LTH will be favoured over newbies!
