Regarding the recent SPP raise and Oleg's rationale for going after the entire allocation he pointed to increasing stock to facilitate orders where the customer is unwilling to wait the 6-12 months for the delivery of the equipment. Ability to deliver is sometimes the difference between winning the contract and not.
