In this German language article by "Bild" it sounds like there was collateral damage due to the "hard kill" counter technique on the Ukrainian side, when shooting down the drones.
To add: DroneShield's methodology on the other hand is "soft kill", one of its mentioned benefit is "Avoidance of Collateral Damage" (quoted from May Investor Presentation).
