I trust the insurance companies will eventually see the risk as something builders/landlords/tenants will need to have installed otherwise they wont pay out.
Oleg was an insurance type guy, I’m sure he knows that when that happens governments will pay whatever is asked for Drone equipment. I can’t imagine it taking too long for that to happen.
