I don't understand what you mean when you say the "balance sheet is too strong for the current price"
DRO has cash of 7.3c per share and net assets of 9c per share compared to a share price of 25c. Could you explain?
Again, DRO's volumes are way too low to trade in, so you are barking up the wrong tree. Also no one is ever forced to sell in order to settle on a trade because all brokers escrow funds before they will place an order.
