    Yes and no. Military has great anti anything where they can use and turn them on. Most of my ships could happily take out almost any fast or slow moving aerial target. Arming the sensors and firing the defensive or offensive weapons in shore near civilization is not the done thing every I promise. The Electronic Warfare tools in particular are simply to strong to use in cases which might be civilian toys or just possibly a offensive assault. I wonder if almost safe tools like Drone shield are actually needed on almost every Navy, Army or Air force site. I am 30 years out of date of course
