Yep, all else being equal it would be a strong contender for the 300 in September.
Whether or not it really matters to flows is another thing given how liquid it has been lately, but if enough people "think" that it matters a lot then it becomes a bit of a fulfilling self-proficiency. Probably around mid-July or August it will come on the radar as an addition, and so should start seeing some early pre-positioning.
Just an anecdotal observation, but I've been watching this one on-and-off for about 10 years...and the last week of so was the first time I've heard non-financial industry friends talking about it. It got a big plug on one of the main Sydney talkback radio stations on the weekend apparently (2GB).
