He's holding the Droneshield "DroneGun Mk4". A rugged, handheld Counter Unmanned Aircraft System effector; providing users with a compact, rapid response countermeasure capability. A device which maintains the versatility of its predecessor, while hosting improved performance, ingress protection and serviceability.
It's also highly effective against a wide range of UAS types and models and can disrupt the control, navigation and video of multiple drones simultaneously. When disruption is triggered, the UAS will typically respond via a vertical controlled landing on the spot, or return back to the operator controller or starting point.
If anything, the Prime Minister should be the one who feels honoured, just to hold the Mk4!
