The bigger these drones get the less chance they have of being allowed to fly over built up areas for safety reasons.
There are some inherent problems with these machines.
They cant fly in anything over about 15knots of wind if that or heavy rain.
Currently you cannot fly over peoples private houses with drones because of privacy.
The bigger they get to overcome load and weather conditions the more dangerous they become and will not be allowed to fly over, in and around built up areas.
I see a future for drones in a limited capacity but for the above reasons not at sea or in surf rescue, delivery or any other role because of weather.
If the weather is bad for a week then they wont fly.
