What possessed the directors to sell there when they could of sold later for more and perhaps distributed selling over a month.
The next stomach churning plunge came with the CR and SPP
The instos/sophs now take up a larger % of the share registry and their daily participation in the course of trades gives price stability and the theres clear evidence of that this week imo. Imagine if it was mainly impatient/FOMO driven retail at the helm ..where would the sp be as we wait for the contracts ..in this lull,, the frustration would enable the trolls to drive the sp down and possibly tip the chart into a downtrend ..and once that gains momentum its hard to reverse.
The share registry had to evolve to more instos as DroneShield pivoted to profit, expand premises/ engineers and capacity and the credibility that instos bestow to any share registry.

Chart white intersecting lines denotes day of director's sale and they sold well below VWAP ..in fact at the the low of the day
