Surely a laser powerful enough to burn through steel would present a significant risk of injury from any deliberate or inadvertent naked eye observation of the target area?
Previously the use of high power military lasers has been restricted to when all possible observers have been pre warned and prepared. I wonder how a CUAS laser could mitigate this risk?
