So many times, more often than not I have seen DOW smashed ASX down 100+ and DRO up 10c.
Today's announcement to me warrants a LOT more than some people give it credit for (i.e. 4.9 mill contract only)
Market movers obviously could see that, to me that means upwards and onwards.
Didn't see much "sell on the news" today after the stellar last month or two!
They waited for the washout and moved in for the kill.
A bit of fun,
