I sort of get the feeling that the Directors, faced with an offer of that magnitude would recommend acceptance. They have been keen to cash in their advances all along and this would be another several years payday for them with no effort, in circumstances where they must know the institutional holders now on the books won't be accepting their largesse for much longer.
