I agree the 20% stake is the launching pad. It won't be a friendly Scheme of Arrangement, I don't think (because the Directors are unlikely to agree). It's more likely to be a full-on hostile bid for the remaining shares. They would have to pay a hefty premium to persuade the myriad of holders to part with their rocketing shares!
