I'm genuinely surprised by how strong this has continued to perform, I'd say the fundamentals certainly do warrant it but it's quite incredibly how the buyers continue to gobble up what they can without rest. Keen to see where this'll be 10+ years from now, they've established themselves as a market leader in what will surely be one of the highest growth spaces of the 2020s so I'm sure there's much more to come
