DroneShield (DRO) Discussion Thread, page-553

Lots of discussion here over the last few months as Droneshield in military use, however I could also see a potential use in counter terrorism.

One can see an unfortunate reality where Drones are used as weapons of terror against civilian infrastructure. Perhaps as a way to target high rise buildings, symbolic venues or general infrastructure to cause chaos.

This not only impacts the direct value of the asset, however also importantly, costs time and resources for the emergency services responding to the scene.

I can see a future where anti drone technology is deployed across major cities, or even drones themselves patrolling the skies (dystopian style) to protect civilians & civilian infrastructure.

The application for this technology is considerably widespread. One can only begin to imagine the type of hardware Droneshield will produce in 5-10 years time if it has the revenue to support this growth.
