Below is not market manipulation which may be seen as worse than directors stealing the company's money.
But my take is financial market criminals usually a few years, out early, in low security prison with no real walls, tennis courts.
It always amazes me that they destroy many lives and get little prison time.
With the housing market crash didn't only a few people go to prison for a few years
Allan Bond - 4 years - siphoned off over billion of investor's money
Jordan Belfort - 22 months - I am sure we have all seen Wolf of Wall Street
etc
I wouldn't take on Oleg.
To me he seems like a guy not to be messed with.
