Yeah with large investors who have lots of capital, will be able to buy up stock and then manipulate the market to do what they want. With good news, they can force the market down, because then they can scoop up shares from retail investors who get spooked easily at a discount. When they have stretched the market enough, they let it ride and then try to offload on excitement. Can't compete with them, but you can try to predict what they are doing and ride it with them.
