I disagree with your analysis pongo. I believe this stock has historically had support/resistance around the 40c mark and would expect this to continue. 40c support at the moment. With news expected this quarter I wouldn't expect to see the stock dip below 40c and if it did I wouldn't expect it to be for too long.

However you are are right that for long term holders a drop below 40c is good news short term as it presents more buying opportunities!
