No worries, there are some important lessons from 2010/11 that are still very relevant, not least two price structures, one for export that includes VAT and is very susceptible to speculation, and another as a base for domestic value add where VAT passes thru.
Impact on ROW downstream manufacture current or future should be patently obvious, perhaps that's why we rarely see the domestic price published these daze, bar Lynas QR.
