    Two possible reasons come to mind.

    1- seasonal- note similar drop 12 months ago.. Heavy rain downpour in Europe points to large snow fall in Mongolia. Would that affect rock sampling?

    2-Environmental permits withheld.

    I wonder why it is reinstated to trading while insee no request for halt?

    They allude to co restructure in last quaterly? Would this impact?
