It's funny each time I'm eating sushi or sashimi salmon now, I'm thinking there's a good chance it's tassal. And for some reason, that knowledge makes it taste better!
Kinda like an engineer, mechanic, or petrol head getting more enjoyment out of their sports car than the average person because they know how it all hangs together and works together.
