The Bankura coal LOI was announced a little over 2 months ago and the sp hit a high of about 5.1c. Since then the sp has steadily dropped - not through high volumes but by steady small ones. What has changed since the announcement? Well mainly La Jolla have converted more notes and it seems they are the ones killing the SP at the moment. The directors obviously think the current price is a bargain as 3 of them have topped up on market in the last couple of weeks. Also the Surda copper mine has reached profitable operations. Does this justify a 50% drop in the sp? I think not! If La Jolla had not converted more notes I think the price would have been significantly higher than the 2.5c we are at at the moment.
