According to my IRESS trading platform
CFE aprox 380m shares
CFEO aprox 40m options likely to be converted.
Total 420m shares fully diluted.
Sale proceeds $400m
Value of remaining tennaments must be more than $20m
Therefore CFE should be worth North of $1.
What am I missing - because the market thinks it worth only half of that?
