28c ish is just the breakout zone. A retest here can't be ruled out imo, and certainly not if world markets continue to unwind and with more fear.
If you are here Long term and firmly believe in the fundamentals, a dip to test here won't matter, as long as you are sure a much higher price will be reflected down the track.
