if they hand back cash which is very unlikely then we could expect an equivalent drop in SP.
If however we aquire something in the way of copper and or nickel then we could see a rerating to a higher multiple.
Maybe xstrata moved on JBM now cos they knew ZFX would have cash and be looking soon.
