US premarket turned green (just)...
Im tipping another rate cut maybe another 0.5 points tonight. I have a theory... if the market goes down they will continue to drop the interest rates.. yet if it stabilises then they might leave it stagnant. So im sure they wanted the market to fall lately (DOW, USD and oil).
I say if US struggles ST, feds will drop the rates and we will go up ST. AKA the rest of the week will be green and maybe ZFX will pull their finger out and finally decide to play chess.
Any theories?
