worth reading the AGM announcement yesterday as it gave details of fairly large numbers of options and ord.shares being issued to directors and others at various prices between 15 and 25c (at a quick glance, mostly at 18c).

while i dont fully understand all the implications i guess if the 18c options are exercised it would temporarily dilute the trading price to that level.

interested in comments/interpretation of others who have read this doc..
