Seven spent $4.7bn for 70% of Boral, they got them pretty cheap for most part up to 23%
so the 70% of current Boral market cap is around $4.9bn

but that just some silly number game based on Mr Market mood, what matters now is what Seven will do with Boral investment
what value can they exact from it, what future cash flow it will throw back at Seven, what parcel of land it can unlock and developed in
Boral to exact value, what control and cost discipline can it bring to Boral to make it more efficient.

Can it bring variable cost disciplined from Coates hire to Boral, Coates hire and Boral operates in a very similar environment but Boral Australian
operation is a shocker under the current management where as Coates Hire shine under Seven due to their flexible approach and variable cost control.

Time will tell but basing on their track records, they will prevail in extracting values out of Boral in due course
