    Theres a recent Reuters story (sorry, cant find it now) summarising a foreign central-bank plan to intervene in the currency markets back in March if the USD fell too fast. The plan wasnt executed back then as it wasnt warranted, but with the USD plumbing the depths in July perhaps that was time to execute it...
