Thanks for info Proxy. I have been worried about bad debts from land developers not paying as they go belly-up. I hope VMG are srupulus in getting paid. VMG do a fair amount of work around SE QLD and property is expected to fall massive. Will be plenty banks crying for their loans to be repaid.
