You're right rudders,
domestic construction is only a small part of VDM's business, but I think all construction related companies are being treated the same way by this market.
Todays drop is more of a concern, with the market strongly up overall, VMG is significantly down on high volume. Seems to be one big seller keen to get out in a hurry, selling parcels of 10,000 at a time. We can just hope their reason for selling is to do with their own financial situation, and not some inside knowledge about the company.
